Tran Thi My Yen is a corporate finance expert with over 12 years of experience in finance, banking, and corporate governance. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City), is a Vietnam CPA member, and serves as the Founder and Chief Financial Officer of HappyCare Co., Ltd. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management at McGill University (Canada). Her research interests focus on family businesses, corporate finance, corporate governance, digital transformation, and sustainable development. She is dedicated to bridging academic research and management practice to create valuable solutions that foster the sustainable growth of Vietnamese family businesses.
