FBV works with Vietnamese family businesses to design tailored internal training and development capacity. 

We provide ongoing training programs for family members and key personnel, covering strategic business issues, governance models, culture & legacy, leadership, next-generation development, conflict management, internationalization, and other in-depth topics. FBV’s in-house training is conducted in close collaboration with clients, co-designed to suit their unique context. In particular, we employ 15 distinctive training methods (coaching/ mentoring/ case-based learning/ retreat-based learning/ role-playing..). The curriculum and blended training formats, together with the set of technical training tools, will be guided for use in a manner tailored to specific requirements. 

FBV accompanies family businesses to advise on issues related to the mission, vision, and growth strategy associated with family values. 

We will assess and develop family constitutions, family council regulations, and family governance structures; design succession plan and next-generation development programs; advise strategies for asset structuring and preservation; support internationalization strategies; recruit non-family CEOs; and implement in-house talent development programs.

FBV and its partners compile reports and introduce case studies.

Within our ecosystem, FBV and its partners curate and synthesize reports, present case studies, publish articles, insights, and trend analyses, participate in forums/conferences/seminars, and connect with other professional organizations to fulfil our mission of fostering community engagement and sharing expertise on relevant topics.

FBV conducts research reports on orders from family businesses, mainly research on:

Organizational diagnostics (family business assessments and health checks), Strategy and alignment, Capacity and training proposal, Cultural and identity evaluations (cultural mapping, socioemotional wealth surveys), Operations related to councils and decision-making structures, Conflict resolution mechanism and other specialized research. The research outcomes are delivered as strategic advisory reports to support informed decision-making within family businesses.
