FBC is the set of values, beliefs, norms, and behaviours shared within both the family and the company, with the business at the centre. Meanwhile, FV refers to the core principles of the family, such as loyalty, responsibility, sacrifice, trust in education, or ethics in business placing the \u201cfamily framework\u201d as the foundation For a family business to shape its cultural identity and family values, it must apply the right strategies and tools with persistence so that they become the foundation that sustains the legacy across generations. Many studies describe culture and values as a living tradition, a spiritual legacy, or even a sacred trust within family businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <em>Culture and Values in Family Business<\/em> course is designed to clarify cultural and value frameworks and to guide the design of \u201ctools\u201d and \u201cmethods\u201d that ensure culture and values are preserved and passed down through generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key benefits of the program for family businesses include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifying and deeply understanding the layers of culture and values in family businesses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distinguishing between family culture and business culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing strategies to preserve and transfer values across generations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing the ability to live by, apply, and strengthen values to serve business strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating specific mechanisms (systems, behaviours, rituals) to safeguard and renew sacred culture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This program is designed for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Family business leaders and family members preparing for succession.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrepreneurs starting their businesses and preparing the next generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managers seek to understand family businesses in order to work effectively and integrate into this model.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Program format:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program runs for 30 hours (customisable), delivered by experienced researchers and consultants.
