Dr. Hu\u1ef3nh Ph\u01b0\u1edbc Ngh\u0129a is a Business Advisor with extensive experience in senior consulting positions. He was a Senior Consulting Expert collaborating with GIBC with more than 20 years of research and consulting in many roles such as: independent expert, advisor to the members\u2019 council, assistant to corporate leadership. He has in-depth experience with most enterprise models such as: family companies, private startups, foreign-invested enterprises, and state-capitalized companies. His consulting and work experience are primarily in corporate restructuring, developing holding company models, market strategy, developing marketing and branding activities, and project development strategy in urban \u2013 real estate \u2013 industrial sectors in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He devotes particular attention to research, consulting, and engagement with the development of family businesses in Vietnam. His work focuses on in-depth studies and advisory services addressing the unique challenges of governance, leadership, culture, succession planning, sustainable family enterprise growth, and the professionalization of management in family-owned companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alongside his consulting career, he serves as a lecturer at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). Previously, he held positions as Deputy Dean \u2013 Faculty of International Business \u2013 Marketing, Deputy Director of UEH Institute of Innovation, and Director of UEH Center for Economics, Law and Management (CTELG). He is currently Vice President of the Vietnam Marketing Association (VMA), a member of the Academic Advisory Council at www.cmocouncil.org, an expert with the Business Studies & Assistance Center (BSA) Center, a council member of the Kotler Awards Vietnam, and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City DDCI Expert Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Ngh\u0129a is also actively engaged in policy consultation, startup advisory, and community development projects.
